The main purpose of this document is to inform the users of the website of the Financial Literacy Portal of the Ministry of Finance with the terms of use of its content.

This is an official website of the Ministry of Finance within the meaning of the provisions of the Electronic Government Act (EGA) and the applicable by-laws.

The contents of this website complies with the requirements of the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria. In case you find any discrepancies, outdated, inaccurate, or unlawful information in the published content, please inform us immediately at the email address FL@minfin.bg.

The initial content, tools, quizzes, frequently asked questions and videos for the Financial Literacy Portal were prepared in 2024 – 2025 with the support of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), as part of a project entitled – Strengthening the Capacity to Implement the National Strategy for Financial Literacy (NSFL) in Bulgaria.

The project was funded by the European Union via the Technical Support Instrument (TSI), and implemented by the OECD, in cooperation with the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support (DG REFORM).

The views expressed herein can in no way be taken to reflect the official opinion of the European Union.

The content on this website, as well as any data and map included therein, and any update or changes made thereto, should not be reported as representing the views of OECD Member countries, or the OECD Secretariat or the Ministry of Finance.
